Hey There
Hi, I’m Brittany Trinidad, a dedicated School Psychologist and the founder of Psychoeducational Evaluations of Tampa Bay. My background is in specializing in comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade. I am currently accepting requests for Gifted Evaluations only. I'm looking forward to working with you and your family!
All About Me
My journey in psychology began at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education. I continued at UCF for graduate school, receiving my Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology. After graduating, I spent over 5 years working as a school psychologist in Hillsborough County. This experience gave me a deep understanding of local school systems and what they require in terms of assessments and documentation—knowledge I bring into every evaluation I conduct.
My passion for working with children started long before my professional career. I grew up knowing that I wanted to work with children in some capacity. I spent years as a nanny for a family with 3 amazing kids, worked at a counseling center and also was a substitute teacher in Pasco County. Now I am married and a parent myself to the sweetest 2 year old boy. Because of this, I bring both personal and professional insight to every case. I care deeply about the well-being and success of every child and family I work with.
I also believe that clear, compassionate communication with parents is essential. My goal is to ensure you feel informed and supported every step of the way. Each report I provide is thorough, easy to understand, and designed to be shared with your child’s school to help create a more supportive and effective educational experience.
At Psychoeducational Evaluations of Tampa Bay, you'll find a knowledgeable and caring partner committed to helping your child thrive both academically and emotionally.
